    The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) has published a guidebook entitled "Making Data Meaningful" to help managers and spokeswomen of statistical organizations to communicate statistics to the public in an easy-to-understand manner using texts, statistical tables, graphs, maps, etc. The Statistics Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has obtained approval from the UNECE Secretariat, has created a provisional translation for it, and posted it on its website.
