Based on the Yokohama City Public Facilities Management Basic Policy, City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters has established the Hospital conservation Renewal Plan as follows.

Yokohama city minato Red Cross Hospital defines the conservation Renewal Plan as part of the descriptions of the Yokohama city minato Red Cross Hospital's Degradation Survey and the conservation Plan Diagnosis Report formulated in September 2014.
