Respect the independence and independence of the corporation for social welfare corporations, and by confirming the actual status of operation of matters that should be observed as corporations stipulated in laws and regulations or notices, etc. We conduct guidance audits with the aim of ensuring sound management of society.

• Sending notice of results

We send "guidance inspection result notice" (or "on-the-job instruction result notice") to representative of social welfare corporation, facility. Details of the notice are as follows.

“Documents pointed out”: Matters that violate laws and regulations, notices, etc.

“Oral indications”: If the degree of violation of laws and regulations is minor, or items that are expected to improve without documentation

"Advisory matters": Matters that are not violations of laws and regulations, but are considered to contribute to the operation of corporations and facilities
