Overview

Respecting the independence and independence of the corporation with social welfare corporations, and confirming the actual status of management of matters to be observed as corporations stipulated in laws and regulations or notices, etc. We conduct guidance audits with the aim of ensuring sound management of our business.

In addition, we regularly conduct guidance audits to determine whether social welfare services managed by corporations are operated in accordance with the standards stipulated by laws and regulations such as the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act and the Elderly Welfare Act. .

It defines the method of conducting guidance audits, the target facilities, etc.

In order to conduct guidance audits in a focused and efficient manner, we have formulated a guidance audit policy that sets priority items in advance.

Social Welfare Corporation Guidance Audit Standards

Guidance audits of social welfare corporations will be conducted in accordance with the attached "Guidance Audit Guidelines" of "Partial Revision of" Establishment of Guidance Audit Implementation Guidelines for Social Welfare Corporation Guidance Audits "(March 14, 2022, 0427 No. 7, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Equal Employment and Child and Family Affairs Bureau, etc.)

Notification of results of guidance audits, etc.

  • Sending a notice of results

We send "guidance audit result notice" (or "on-the-job guidance result notice") to representative of social welfare corporation, facility. The items described in the notice are as follows.

“Documents pointed out”: Matters that violate laws and regulations or notices

"Oral points": Matters that are expected to be improved if the degree of violation of laws and regulations is minor or not pointed out in writing.

“Advice”: Matters that are not violations of laws and regulations, but are considered to contribute to the operation of corporations and facilities
