Purpose of the Survey
The Long-term Care Insurance reviewed the 7th Yokohama City Elderly Health and Welfare Plan and The Long-term Care Insurance Business Plan in FY2020, and confirmed the health and living conditions of the elderly living in the city, the use of The Long-term Care Insurance services and future intentions, as well as the operation status of nursing care service establishments and nursing care welfare facilities in the city, as well as the opinions of care workers, are needed to understand the current situation of the welfare staff in Yokohama City.

A questionnaire survey was conducted for citizens, business establishments, and employees.
