Regional Comprehensive Support Center in charge of your district

Yokohama City has set up a Local Elderly Care Management Center in Community Care Plaza and some special elderly nursing homes so that the elderly can continue living in the area where they are accustomed to living.

From Monday to Saturday: From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, public holidays: From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
※Excludes closed days (New Year holidays (from December 29 to January 3) and facility inspection days, etc.)
・During hours other than the consultation hours, the consultation phone will be forwarded to the consultation call center for consultation and respond.
・Please contact us in advance by telephone before coming to the office.
