| Overview | In Yokohama City, referring to the standard guidance guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as the “standard guidelines”) and the “Kanagawa Prefectural Paid Retirement Home Installation and Operation Guidance Guidelines” (hereinafter referred to as the “prefectural guidelines”), the city has established the “Yokohama City Paid Retirement Home Installation and Operation Guidance Guidelines” (hereinafter referred to as the “City Guidelines”), and has been providing guidance for paid nursing homes in the city since April 2012012012012 to the city. This time, from Kanagawa Prefecture, there are (1) standards in the standard guidelines, but there are standards that are not stipulated in the prefectural guidelines, and (2) standards that are not stipulated in the standard guidelines are based on the standard guidelines. There was communication that we plan to revise prefectural guidelines on April 1, 2020. Based on revision of prefecture guideline, we revise city guideline in Motoichi. |
