Yokohama-shi care prevention interchange base maintenance business

Business Overview

The “Nursing Care Prevention Exchange Base Development Project” supports the maintenance of salons where the elderly gather for the purpose of preventing nursing care, maintaining and improving health, and preventing houseboundness, and promoting activities that lead to nursing care prevention and life support Therefore, it is a subsidy project targeting facility maintenance costs such as bases utilizing vacant stores in shopping streets. We aim to create a community development that enables elderly people to live a healthy and worthwhile and active life while being connected in the community.

Subsidized persons

◆NPO corporations, social welfare corporations, corporations, corporations, etc. that have established offices and offices in Yokohama, and that maintain care prevention exchange bases

Oh Maintenance of multi-generation local residents exchange salons centered on the elderly, utilizing vacant stores and vacant houses
Oh Establishment of bases to support home care recipients and elderly people living alone

Subsidized expenses

◆Facility maintenance costs
 Oh Construction costs or construction contract costs (excluding expenses required for outer ditch construction such as gates, fences, fences, etc.)
 (The cost required to install the sprinkler is covered.)
 Oh Construction administrative expenses (travel expenses, consumables expenses, communication transportation expenses, printing and binding expenses required directly for construction work, etc.
  Administrative expenses such as design supervision fees, etc., and the amount equivalent to 2.6% of the construction cost or construction contract cost. )
※Not eligible for assistance: Design costs, earthquake-resistant diagnosis costs, operating costs after maintenance (personnel costs, rent, etc.)

Subsidy upper limit

◆9.71 million yen (subsidy rate: 10/10)
※However, the upper limit may be 10,190,006 yen if it is built or combined with some nursing care facilities.
※Please go to the fire department in the city in advance and check the installation obligation of sprinklers under the Fire Service Law.

Application requirements

Oh Being an organization (NPO corporation, social welfare corporation, corporation, etc.) with a legal personality that establishes an office or office in Yokohama City.
  ※Includes organizations that have a track record of activities as a voluntary organization and are expected to acquire a legal status by the implementation of this project.
Oh Being an organization with a business track record in the fields of health, medical care, welfare, nursing care, etc.
Oh Not be a business that has been selected for this project in the past and has not been completed, and the company involved in it.
Oh (In the case of the 2024 business) Maintenance must be completed by the end of 2024.
Oh Business Continuity for at least 10 years after establishment.
Oh A building that has been constructed with a building confirmation after June 1, 1981, and has obtained an inspection certificate.
  ※Or, the building must be a building that has undergone an earthquake-resistant diagnosis and ensures earthquake resistance.
Oh Establish a preparatory and management council (a council in which local representatives participated) to reflect local needs and opinions, such as setting up a preparatory and management council (a council in which local representatives participated). Etc.

Judging and selection

After "selection of Yokohama-shi", grant of business plan that had you apply for is decided after "selection of Kanagawa Prefecture".
Please note that there is no subsidy grant if you do not pass the selection of the prefecture even if you pass the selection of the city.
※This project is a project subject to the "Kanagawa Prefectural Community Health Care Comprehensive Fund (Nursing Care) Operating Expense Subsidy".
