Yokohama City Care Prevention Exchange Base Development Project

Business Overview

The “Care Prevention Exchange Base Development Project” supports the maintenance of salons, etc., where the elderly gather, with the aim of preventing nursing care, maintaining and improving health, and preventing housebound, and promoting activities that lead to preventive care and life support. This is a subsidy project for facility maintenance costs such as bases utilizing vacant stores in shopping streets. The aim is to be a community development where the elderly can connect with each other in the community and live a healthy, fulfilling and active life.

Subsidized persons

◆An organization with a legal personality that establishes offices and offices in Yokohama City, and NPOs, social welfare corporations, corporations, etc. that maintain preventive care exchange bases.
<Example of exchange bases>
Oh Maintenance of multi-generation local resident exchange salons, etc., mainly for the elderly, utilizing vacant stores and vacant houses
Oh Development of bases to support home care recipients and elderly people living alone
Oh Development of a symbiotic base where people with disabilities and children, mainly the elderly, can gather

Subsidized expenses

◆Facility maintenance costs
 Oh Construction cost or construction contract cost (excluding expenses required for outer ditch construction such as gates, fences, fences, etc.)
 (The cost required for installing a sprinkler is covered.)
 Oh Construction work expenses (travel expenses required directly for construction work, consumables expenses, communication transportation expenses, printing and bookbinding expenses, etc.)
  Office expenses such as design supervision fees, and the maximum amount is 2.6% of construction costs or construction contract costs. )
※Not eligible for assistance: Design costs, seismic diagnosis costs, operating costs after maintenance (personnel costs, rent, etc.)

Maximum amount of subsidies

◆9.71 million yen (subsidy rate: 10/10)
※However, if it is built or attached to some nursing homes, the upper limit may be 10,196,000 yen.
※Go to the fire department in the city in advance and check the obligation to install sprinklers under the Fire Service Law.

Application requirements

Oh Being an organization (NPO corporation, social welfare corporation, corporation, corporation, etc.) that has a legal personality to set up offices and offices in Yokohama City.
  ※Includes organizations that have a track record of activities as voluntary organizations and are expected to acquire a legal status before the implementation of this project.
Oh Being an organization with a business track record in the fields of health, medical care, welfare, nursing care, etc.
Oh Being not a business that has been selected for this project in the past and has not been completed or a business related to it.
Oh (In the case of 2024 business) Maintenance must be completed in 2024.
Oh Continue business for at least 10 years after the establishment.
Oh It must be a building that has been started with construction confirmation after June 1, 1981, and has obtained an inspection certificate.
  ※Or, it must be a building that has undergone an earthquake resistance diagnosis and has secured earthquake resistance.
Oh Establish a place (regularly) to reflect local needs and opinions, such as setting up a preparation and management council (a council in which local representatives participated). Etc.

Examination and selection

The business plan you have applied for will be decided after "Selection of Yokohama City" after "Selection of Kanagawa Prefecture".
Please note that there will be no subsidies if you do not pass the selection of the prefecture even if you pass the selection of the city.
※This project is a target project of the Kanagawa Prefectural Community Health Care Comprehensive Fund (for nursing care) Operating Expense Subsidy.
