Overview

The Yokohama City Guardianship Support System is a mechanism considered in the "guardianship Support Promotion Project (Yokohama City Disability Measures Promotion Council Special Committee)" established in 2009.
At the start of the system in October 2010, it was confirmed that the philosophy, purpose, and contents that were examined and derived in the guardianship support promotion project were utilized in the system operation, and for more effective operation We hold "Yokohama-shi person with a disability guardianship support system verification committee" to examine problem rearranging or technique.
