[Contents] We support the local life of persons with disabilities, such as singles, through regular visits and occasional responses.
[Target persons]
①Persons with disabilities who have transitioned from facilities for the disabled, group homes, psychiatric hospitals, etc. to living alone in the community, and who need support such as providing necessary information and advice in local life.
②Persons with disabilities who are currently living alone and need support for independent living support
