Prefecture Housing

Municipal Housing recruits each year around April and October (Prefecture Housing is around May and November). There are conditions such as the amount of income of the household. For more information, please contact the following website.

Households that currently live or have the following family members who live or intend to live together

1. Those who have been issued a 1st to 4th grade certificate of the physically disabled
2. Those who have been issued a 1.2 grade mental health and welfare notebook
3. Persons with mental disabilities who have been issued a 1.2-grade disability pension certificate
4. Those who have been issued a love notebook (nursing notebook) for A1 to B1
5. Those who are judged to have an intelligence index of 50 or less (* Municipal Housing only)

1. The winning rate is favored by general applicants. (* In addition to the above target persons, the 3rd grade of the Health and Welfare Handbook for Mentally Handicapped 3rd grade and disability pension 3rd grade are municipal and prefectural governments, with Love Notebook B2 and Intelligence Index of 75 orMunicipal Housing).
2. We have reduced the monthly income of households based on the occupancy income standard.
3. A special reduction system for housing usage fees for persons with disabilities may be applied (with income restrictions). Those who do not currently have a spouse on family register and fall under any of the following items:

1. Those who have been issued a 1st to 4th grade certificate of the physically disabled
2. Those who have been issued a 1st to 3rd grade Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook
3. Persons with mental disabilities who have been issued a 1st to 3rd grade disability pension certificate
4. Those who have been issued a love notebook (nursing notebook)
5. Those who are judged to have an intelligence index of 75 or less (* Municipal Housing only)

1. Those under the age of 60 can apply for single-person housing.
2. The winning rate is favored by general applicants (* Municipal Housing only).
3. We have reduced the monthly income of households based on the occupancy income standard (* Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook Level 3, disability pension Level 3, Love Notebook B2, Intelligence Index 51 or more are not available).
4. A special reduction system for housing usage fees for persons with disabilities may be applied (with income restrictions).
