Yokohama City Welfare Town Development Promotion Guidelines (from FY2021)

In Yokohama City, based on the "Yokohama City Welfare Town Development Ordinance", as a basic guideline for comprehensively and systematically promoting measures related to welfare town development, "Yokohama City Welfare Town Development Promotion Guidelines" (hereinafter "Promotion Guidelines"). "). In promotion guideline, we establish direction of target and measure about town development of welfare, concrete policy to promote town development of welfare as city, company, citizen work together and perform review regularly.
As new promotion guideline, we devised "Fukumachi guide (town development promotion guideline revised version of Yokohama-shi welfare)". The period is from Reiwa 3 to Reiwa 7.

The main features of the Fukumachi Guide are as follows.

・We used a common name such as "Fukumachi Guide" for the title, and made it a name that is easy for citizens and businesses to get close to.
・It describes new principles such as the "social model" of disability and the SDGs.
・We promote town development of the welfare and show "vision (future image)" which Yokohama aims at. In addition, basic knowledge and examples are introduced in the four “policies (philosophy)”, which are important concepts for realizing the vision, and “actions” to realize the vision based on the policy.

We examined contents in Yokohama-shi welfare town development promotion meeting subcommittee (hereinafter referred to as "subcommittee") which is subordinate organization of town development promotion meeting of Yokohama-shi welfare (hereinafter referred to as "promotion meeting") and devised .
