Yokohama City Welfare Town Development Promotion Guidelines (from FY2021)

In Yokohama City, based on the "Yokohama City Welfare Town Development Ordinance", as a basic guideline for comprehensively and systematically promoting measures for welfare town development, the "Yokohama City Welfare Town Development Promotion Guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Guidelines"). In promotion guideline, we establish direction of aim and measure about town development of welfare, city, company, citizen to unite and citizen to promote town development of welfare together and review regularly. .
As new promotion guideline, we devised "Fukumachi guide (town development promotion guideline revised edition) of Yokohama-shi welfare". The period is from fiscal 2003 to 7.

The main features of the Fukumachi Guide are as follows.

・The title uses a common name such as "Fukumachi Guide", and the name was made easy for citizens and businesses to get close to.
・It describes new ideas such as the "social model" of disability and the SDGs.
・We promote town development of the welfare and show "vision (future image)" which Yokohama aims at. In addition, basic knowledge and examples are introduced in the four "policies (philosophies)" that are important ideas for realizing the vision, and "actions (action)" to realize the vision based on the policy.

We examined and devised contents in Yokohama-shi welfare town development promotion meeting subcommittee (hereinafter referred to as "subcommittee") which is a subordinate organization of Yokohama-shi welfare town development promotion meeting (hereinafter referred to as "promotion meeting"). . In development, we asked opinions of citizens, businesses, affiliates, etc. through public awareness surveys such as citizen questionnaires and public opinion solicitation, and reflected in the contents.

We carried out citizen questionnaire to grasp consciousness for town development of welfare of citizen's all of you.
