[Kanazawa Ward] Recruitment of Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Family Registry Division Certificate Issuance Service Service) (Recruited on April 1, 2025)

We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff who will be engaged in business at Kanazawa Ward Office Family Registry Division.

Duties

(1) Acceptance and issuance of Family Registry Division Certificates
(2) family register certificates, copies of resident certificate, etc., and output of private seal certificates
(3) Other administrative assistance related to Family Registry Division operations
(4) Other disaster countermeasures in the event of a large-scale disaster
  (Basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Qualifications and Requirements

(1) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2025
(2) You are motivated and interested in this work, and you can respond to the counter and make simple input on a personal computer.
(3) Those who are willing to carry out their work on their own and can work as a member of the team.
(4) It is desirable to have experience in family register and resident registration.
(5) Those who do not fall under the disqualification grounds described in the attached “Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff”

Working conditions and compensation

(1) Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)
(2) Working days
5 days a week from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and closed days)
(3) Working hours
Oh, from 8:45 to 15:45 (including 1 hour break time)
B From 10:15 to 17:15 (including 1 hour break)
※Working hours A and B are rotated every week.
(4) Work location
Kanazawa Ward Office Family Registry Division
(5) Salary
¥198,300 per month
※Payment of end-of-term, diligence allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) separately
※The monthly amount is the estimated amount as of December 2024. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
(6) Vacation
Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
(7) Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
(8) Remarks
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

Pass/fail decision and notice of recruitment/non-recruitment

Selection method

Primary selection: Document selection, composition
Secondary selection: Interview (those who have passed the primary selection)

Selection schedule

Primary selection: Notification of results will be sent out in mid-January 2025 (planned) regardless of pass/fail.
Secondary selection: Friday, January 17, 2025 or Tuesday, January 21, 2025
Notification of pass/fail result: Scheduled to be shipped after late January 2025
