We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff who will be engaged in business at Kanazawa Ward Office Family Registry Division.

Duties
(1) Acceptance of applications for services related to the social security and tax number system and examination of grants
(2) Subsidies for Family Registry Division Operations
(3) Other matters deemed necessary by Director General
(4) In addition, disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster
(Basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)
Qualifications and Requirements
(1) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2025
(2) Being able to perform basic operation of personal computer, window, telephone service
(3) Those who do not fall under the disqualification grounds described in the attached “Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff”

Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)
(2) Working days
A. 4 days designated by the head of the affiliation from Monday to Friday
B. 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month
(3) Working hours
A Monday to Friday
(a) From 8:45 to 17:15 (including 1 hour break)
(b) From 9:00 to 13:00
(c) From 13:00 to 17:00
※However, in the week when Saturday works, the working hours specified by the director in advance shall be (a) or (c) above for one day of the week.
B. 2nd and 4th Saturday
From 8:45 to 12:15
(4) Work location
Kanazawa Ward Office Family Registry Division
(5) Salary
¥199,800 per month
※Payment of end-of-term, diligence allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) separately
※The monthly amount is the estimated amount as of December 2024. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
(6) Vacation
Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
(7) Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
(8) Remarks
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

Fiscal year appointment staff application form (PDF: 217KB), composition sheet (PDF: 119KB) (entry with pencils or disappearing ballpoint pens is not allowed)
※Documents to be submitted will also be given at the 207th floor on the 2nd floor of the Kanazawa Ward Office.
※Please note that submitted documents will not be returned.
Pass/fail decision and notice of recruitment/non-recruitment

Selection method
Primary selection: Document selection, composition
Secondary selection: Interview (those who have passed the primary selection)
Selection schedule
Primary selection: Notification of results will be sent out in mid-January 2025 (planned) regardless of pass/fail.
Secondary selection: Friday, January 17, 2025 or Tuesday, January 21, 2025
Notification of pass/fail result: Scheduled to be shipped after late January 2025

If necessary, you may be asked to consult physical checkup at the time of hiring.

We assume this offer suspension condition that 2025 budget is decided in Yokohama-shi assembly.
