In order to look for childbirth with peace of mind, we will explain basic knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth and child care in a total of three courses.
It is also a place for people who have babies at the same time to meet in the community.
Partners can also participate in all times.　

Target Persons with 5 months or more of pregnancy and partners　※You can also participate across the moon.

　　　　　1st: About eating habits during pregnancy, tooth growth starting from stomach, postpartum procedures
　　　　　2nd: About delivery, nursing, smoking cessation and cancer screening
　　　　　No. 3: Life and development with babies ・ Building physical strength
　　　　　※The content may be replaced in the first to third sessions.
