SOS Network Business

When a person who may be missing due to dementia, etc. becomes "missed", the ward office, police, and discovery cooperation organization cooperate to find and protect as soon as possible. It can be used at the same time as "Search Request" to Kanazawa police department. In principle, pre-registration is required.

①Families apply for pre-registration at the ward office or the Regional Comprehensive Support Center in your area.
②If the registered person goes missing, the family members will contact Kanazawa police department.
③The police will contact the ward office and request the cooperating organization for discovery cooperation.
④If a cooperating organization finds an elderly person, contact Kanazawa police department.

Please fill out the application form in required items and bring it to the counter. (The application form is also given at the counter.)

We distribute "watching stickers" that allow missing dementia to return to their homes as soon as possible, we distribute "watching stickers" that can identify themselves while protecting personal information. Registration of an SOS network is required.
Two types of seal types (36 sheets) and iron sheet type (34 sheets), are distributed as a set so that they can be used on clothes and belongings.
When applying for the SOS network, please check and submit the desired sticker use field at the bottom of the application form.

①Registered to the SOS Network
②Agree to provide registration information to the Kanagawa and Kanagawa Prefectural Police
③There must be a family member who can pick you up
