Dementia Initial Intensive Support Team (Kanazawa Orange Support Team)

In order to continue living in a good environment in the area where you are accustomed to living as much as possible even if you have dementia, we will support the team for the purpose of immediate discovery, early diagnosis, and early response.
Visit your home and provide comprehensive and intensive support (approximately six months) for consultation with specialized medical institutions and use of nursing care services.

Dementia specialists, nurses with specialized knowledge, mental health workers.
In Kanazawa Ward, we have a team at the tree clinics or Mariya.

Those who are 40 years old or older and live at home and suspected dementia (or those with dementia) who fall under any of the following.
・Those who do not receive medical services or nursing care services (or those who are interrupted)
・Those who receive medical services and nursing care services, but have strong symptoms due to dementia and are having difficulty responding
