What is a forgetfulness consultation?
For those who are suspected of having dementia and those who are caring for those with dementia and those who are in need of responding, we provide health and welfare consultations on dementia by specialists.
Those who can consult
Individuals / families who are worried about dementia, or those who are caring for elderly people with dementia and are having difficulty responding
Venue
Elderly and Disabled Support Division Counseling Room 4th Floor, Kanazawa Ward Office
Schedule
The second Thursday of every month (once a month), 10:00-, 11:00-(2 frames each day, 50 minutes per frame)

Please contact Elderly and Disabled Support Division Senior Citizen Support Section (Phone: 045-788-7777).
※Social welfare workers and public health nurses will check the situation in advance.
