Kanagawa Ward has posted a map and a list of medical institutions that provide home medical care in the ward, and a booklet titled "Kanagawa Ward Home Health Care Map," which summarizes basic knowledge about home medical care.
I want to continue living in a home where I am accustomed to living as much as possible, even in situations where medical care and nursing care are needed! This is a booklet to support such thoughts.
One book that people who need home medical care and those who are interested should see, such as "I do not know where to consult about home medical care" or "I want to know which medical institutions that provide home medical care near my home" is.
