"It doesn't appear suddenly. It is important to value the timing of chatting and calling, and to leave it little by little in the long run without being impatient and not burdened. " In addition, they talked about the spread of connections by having fun with everyone participating.
Lecture "Treasure both customers and members: Tips for Continue Activities" (Sakae Ward)
Next, Makoto Hayashi, a male volunteer group in Sakae Ward, talked about "building an organization" and "invention of accepting new friends" over the past 20 years.
When inviting new friends, Mr. Hayashi said, "Please lend me the experience, qualifications, skills, and abilities to move the organization you have trained in your company employee life." . In addition, we have devised an organization that can continue activities within a reasonable range by taking advantage of the members' specialty areas. "Be an organization trusted by users. The word of mouth of local residents has been a great help to increase the number of members. And I try to create an atmosphere of a fun party by participating. "
We received many impressions from the participants of the lecture.
・I am very enviable to have fun. While there are many activities that have become mandatory, it was good to say, "I do it at the time that people who want to do it freely."
・I think it will be a great force for men after Retirement to go to the community.
・The shortage of members is a major problem during the activity, but I was surprised that both cases of the presentation were successfully resolved. Etc.
