First Kanagawa Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan

Over the two years of 2003 and 16 years, we received many opinions from inhabitants of a ward.
In order to make Kanagawa Ward, we want to continue living in the future, we have put together the five basic goals of Kanagawa Ward.
Ten or twenty years later, how close your city will you live in to these goals?
Wouldn't it be a wonderful Kanagawa Ward if each person takes a step forward from what everyone can do, the community, the government, and the various activities groups can do?
