Notifications related to family register, such as birth, death, marriage, etc. are also accepted at the “Holiday / Night Reception Desk”.
The submitted notification will be checked by Family Registry Division at a later date and will be notified if there are insufficient documents or if the contents need to be confirmed. If there is no serious deficiencies, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.
The "Holiday / Night Reception Desk" is located on the 1st floor of the ward office main building (Sorimachi Park side).
