Public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available.
At the Izumi Ward General Government Building, a public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) system is designed to improve convenience for visitors to the ward office. ※You can use it.
If you have a Wi-Fi compatible device (smartphone, tablet terminal, laptop, etc.) when using the ward office 1st floor inhabitant hall and the 2nd floor meeting space, you can use the Internet service free of charge.
Please refer to the information posted on the first and second floors for usage (SSID and password).

Terms of Service
(General Rules)
Article 1 Izumi Ward (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) shall provide public wireless LAN services (the Service) within the Izumi Ward General Government Building.
For customers who use this service (hereinafter referred to as "users"), the following terms and conditions are established.
(Usage fee)
Article 2 The usage fee of this service is free.
(Terms of use)
Article 3 Use of this service shall be permitted to individuals who have agreed to these Terms.
2 When using this service, the user must comply with the "Law Concerning the Prohibition of Unauthorized Access" and other related laws and regulations.
3 When using this service, the user shall prepare the following:
(1) Communication equipment equipped with Wi-Fi functions that can be connected to this service and a web browser
(2) Power supply to communication equipment prepared by the user and its auxiliary equipment
4 The user shall set and operate communication equipment, etc. for using this service.
5 Necessary measures such as security measures for communication equipment connected to this service and restrictions on access to harmful sites shall be taken by the user.
6 The user shall use it with care so that it does not bother others.
(Record of usage status, etc.)
Article 4 In order to confirm usage and unauthorized access, the connection status and usage status to this service shall be recorded.
(Prohibited matters)
Article 5 If any of the following actions cause damage to other facility users and third parties, the user may lose their qualifications, even if they lose their qualifications.
All legal liability shall be held, and the Provider shall not be solely liable.

Article 7 The provider shall not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, etc. of the contents of this service and the information obtained by the user through wireless LAN.
2 Providers shall be able to restrict access to inappropriate websites in order to prevent crime use and ensure user safety.
3 Providers shall not be liable for the provision, delay, change, discontinuation or abolition of this service, loss of user information registered, provided or collected through this service, damage caused by computer virus infection of the user's computer, data corruption, leakage, or other damage to the user caused in connection with this service.
4 Regarding paid services used by the user on the Internet, the user shall bear the cost regardless of the reason.
5 The user's device setting for connection to the wireless LAN shall be performed by the user. The provider shall not be liable even if the service may not be available due to malfunction of the laptop model, OS, software, etc.
6 Providers shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the use of this service with other users or third parties.
7 Providers may restrict connections to ensure proper use of this service.
(Cancellation of operation)
Article 8 Operation of this service system may be discontinued for the following reasons.
As a result, the Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Service User or a third party for any reason.
(1) When the maintenance or construction of the system of this service is performed regularly or urgently.
(2) In the event that the Service cannot be operated as usual due to war, riots, disturbances, labor disputes, earthquakes, eruptions, floods, tsunami, fires, power outages or other emergencies.
(3) When there is an unavoidable reason, such as equipment or network failure related to this service system.
(4) In addition, when the provider determines that temporary interruption is necessary for the operation of this service.
(Changes in the terms and conditions)
Article 9 The Provider may change these Terms without the consent of the User.
Supplementary Provisions These Terms shall be enforced from April 1, 2023.
