This network is a system in which everyone cooperates and discovers when elderly people with dementia go missing. The ward office, police department, Local Elderly Care Management Center, public institutions, transportation, etc. are working together.

Flow when missing

If you notice "No."

  1. If you are a family member, please contact Izumi police department first (Tel: 045-805-0110).
  2. Next, please contact the Izumi Ward Office Elderly and Disabled Support Division or the Regional Comprehensive Support Center.
  3. The ward office or the Regional Comprehensive Support Center that has been contacted will request cooperation from cooperating organizations (public institutions, transportation, etc.) for cooperation.
  4. The cooperating organization does not engage in search activities, but will contact police department Izumi if it is found in daily work.

If the person is found

  1. The organization you discovered will contact police department Izumi.
  2. After police department has protected it, he will return to his family.
  3. Family members should report their return to the Izumi Ward Office Elderly and Disabled Support Division or the Regional Comprehensive Support Center.

  2. Next, please submit "use application" to Izumi Ward government office or local Regional Comprehensive Support Center. You can call us in case of emergency. (You can use it even if you do not have pre-registration.)
