Introduction to Community Care Plaza

The Community Care Plaza in Izumi Ward is closed at night and closes at 18:00 on Monday through Saturday when there is no reservation for facilities at night.
(Open until 21:00 on days when facility reservations are made at night.)
Please confirm the closing time of each community care plaza from "Night closing situation of community care plaza".

In addition, about enforcement conduct of night closing, please confirm "about change of night use method of community care plaza".

※The closing status of the following month will be updated by around 25th of each month.

The Address of Izumi Chuo-Minami 5-chome, Izumicho and Shimoiidacho, Izumi-ku, will be changed from September 2, 2024, following the "Setting of Town Areas and Abolition of Character Areas in Izumi Ward" passed at the 1st regular meeting of City Counsil in 2024.
Due to the change in Address, the notation of the areas in charge of Shimo-Izumi Community Care Plaza and Izumichuo Community Care Plaza will be changed as follows. There is no change in the community care plaza in charge.

In a super-aging society that will continue to evolve in the future, we will build a Yokohama-type comprehensive community care system centered on community care plazas and enhance and strengthen daytime consultation support at community care plazas, where the number of consultations has increased significantly in recent years. To do so, change the night use of community care plaza. This change will allow employees who worked during the nighttime hours to work during the day to the extent possible, thereby enhancing support for local communities by enhancing nursing care and living consultation for the elderly and strengthening cooperation with local Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association, local welfare officers and children's committees and medical and welfare facilities.

①Change of consultation time for welfare and health (implemented at all facilities)
　<From October 2022>
　・Moon-Sat: 9-18:00 Day/holiday: 9-17:00 (closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and once a month facility inspection days)
　・At times other than the above, consultation telephones related to Care Plaza will be forwarded to the consultation dedicated call center and responded.

②Trial closing at night when there is no reservation
　<Until March 2023>
　・Moon-Sat: 9-21:00 Day/holiday: 9-17:00 (closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and once a month facility inspection days)
　(From the viewpoint of measures against COVID-19 infection, if there is no reservation for nighttime use from Monday to Saturday, it may be closed at 18:00.)

　<From April 2023>
　・Moon-Sat: 9-21:00 (*) Sun/holiday: 9-17:00 (closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and once a month facility inspection days)
　※　Closed at 18:00 if there is no facility reservation between 18:00 and 21:00 (open until 21:00 on days with reservation)
　(The reservation deadline for 18-21:00 is scheduled for the beginning of the month before the desired date of use in order to prepare the staff work system.
　Details will be explained separately by Care Plaza to user organizations. )
