About change of night use of community care plaza
In a super-aging society that will continue to progress in the future, build a Yokohama-type community-based comprehensive care system centered on community care plazas, and enhance and strengthen daytime consultation support at Community Care Plaza, where the number of consultations has increased significantly in recent years. We change use of community care plaza to plan. By changing the staff who had previously worked during the night hours to work during the day as much as possible by this change, we will enhance nursing care consultation and life consultation for the elderly, as well as the local Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, local welfare officers and children We will work to enhance local support, such as strengthening cooperation with medical and welfare facilities.
①Changes in welfare and health consultation hours (conducted at all facilities)
<From October 2022>
・From moon to Saturday: 9-18 o'clock Sun/holiday: 9:00 to 17:00 (closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and once a month on facility inspection days)
・During times other than the above, consultation telephone calls to Care Plaza will be forwarded to the consultation call center for consultation and will be handled.
②Trial implementation of night closing when there is no reservation
<until March 2023>
・From moon to Saturday: 9-21:00 Sun/holiday: 9:00 to 17:00 (closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and once a month on facility inspection days)
(Currently, from the viewpoint of measures against COVID-19 infection, if there is no night reservation from Monday to Saturdays, Sundays, the museum may be closed at 18:00.)
<From April 2023>
・From moon to Saturday: 9-21:00 (*) Sun/holiday: 9:00 to 17:00 (closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and once a month on facility inspection days)
※ If there is no facility reservation between 18:00 and 21:00, the museum will be closed at 18:00 (open until 21:00 on days with reservations)
(The reservation deadline from 18:00 to 21:00 is scheduled around the beginning of the month before the desired date of use in order to prepare the staff work system.
The details will be separately explained by Care Plaza to user groups. )
