We issue stickers to shops and offices that are friendly to people with dementia.
Dementia supporter sticker
In Izumi Ward, people who have taken part in training courses for dementia supporters are given dementia.
We issue supporter stickers and support activities, and "people who live and work in the community"
We aim to be a city where everyone can live with peace of mind by holding hands.
Target of grant
Shops and offices located in the ward, such as financial institutions, supermarkets, drugstores, post offices, transportation, nursing care establishments, etc.
Requirements for grant
- Person belonging to shop, establishment attends dementia supporter training course.
- After registration, we post dementia supporter sticker and work on what we can do as "dementia supporter".
What is "Dementia Supporter"?
It is a supporter who understands dementia correctly, warmly watches people and families with dementia, and works as much as they can.
To become a "dementia supporter"
You can become a dementia supporter by attending a dementia supporter training course.
In Yokohama City, we hold dementia supporter training courses in various places such as areas, work areas, and schools.
