We issue stickers to shops and offices that are friendly to people with dementia.
Dementia supporter sticker
At Izumi Ward, employees who have attended dementia supporter training courses.
We provide supporter stickers and support activities, and provide support for activities.
We aim to be a city where everyone can live with peace of mind by holding hands.
Subject to grant
Stores and offices located in the ward, such as financial institutions, supermarkets, drug stores, post offices, transportation, and nursing care establishments
Requirements for grant
- Person belonging to shop, establishment attends dementia supporter training course.
- After registration, post a dementia supporter sticker and work on what you can do as a "dementia supporter".
What is a "dementia supporter"?
It is a supporter who understands dementia correctly, warmly watches people and their families with dementia, and works as much as they can.
To become a "dementia supporter"
You can become a dementia supporter by attending a dementia supporter training course.
In Yokohama City, we hold dementia supporter training courses in various places including areas, work areas, and schools.
