Road Transport Vehicles Act (Excerpt)

(General validity of registration)

Article 4

Article 19

(Permission for temporary operation)
Article 34
When using a vehicle that has been licensed for temporary operation is to be used for operation in accordance with the purpose and route stated in the temporary operation permit pertaining to the vehicle, Article 4, 19, Article 58, Paragraph 1, and Article 66, Paragraph 1 shall not apply to the vehicle.
2. Article 35
The temporary operation permission set forth in the preceding Article shall be, when conducting a trial run of the vehicle, forwarding for presentation necessary to apply for new registration, new inspection, or continuous inspection or other inspection of the vehicle for which the vehicle inspection certificate is not valid. 2. Permission for temporary operation shall be carried out with a validity period.

(6) When the validity period set forth in paragraph 2 expires, a person who has obtained permission for temporary operation shall return the temporary operation permit and the temporary operation permission number mark to the relevant administrative agency within five days from that date. .

Article 36
Vehicles pertaining to the temporary operation permission shall display the temporary operation permission number sign and the number described in it in an easy-to-read manner according to the provisions of Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and if a temporary operation permit is not provided. Article 58

Article 66
Vehicles shall not be used for operation unless a vehicle inspection certificate is provided and an inspection mark is displayed pursuant to an Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
Article 107
Any person who falls under any of the following items shall be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than one year or a fine of 300,000 yen or less, or both.
1 By fraud or other wrongful means, Article 31 proviso, Article 34, Paragraph 1 (including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 73, Paragraph 2) Article 36-2, Paragraph 1 (including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 73, Paragraph 2) Article 60 (1), Article 62 (2) (Article 63 (3) (including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 71 (7)) and Article 67 (4) (Article 71, Paragraph 8) Including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis.) A person who has received permission or other dispositions pursuant to the provisions of Article 70, Article 71, Paragraph 2 or Paragraph 4 or Article 71-2, Paragraph 1
2 Article 29, Paragraph 1, Article 31 and Article 94-5, Paragraph 2 (including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 94-5-2, Paragraph 2) or Article 94-5, Paragraph 3 Those who violate the rules
3 A person who has violated the limitation of the scope of business pursuant to the provisions of Article 78, Paragraph 2, which is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 94-2, Paragraph 2
4 A person who has issued a security standard conformity certificate or a security standard conformity mark without a certificate of an automobile inspector pursuant to the provisions of Article 94-5, Paragraph 1
5 A person who has issued a limited security standard conformity certificate without a certificate of an automobile inspector pursuant to the provisions of Article 94-5-2, Paragraph 1
6 A person who has violated the suspension of the issuance of the Certificate of Compliance with Safety Standards, Safety Standards Compliance Mark and Limited Safety Standards Compliance Certificate pursuant to the provisions of Article 94-8, Paragraph 1;
Article 108
Any person who falls under any of the following items shall be punished with imprisonment for up to six months or a fine of 200,000 yen or less.
1 Article 4, Article 11, Paragraph 4, Article 20, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2, Article 35, Paragraph 6, Article 36, Article 36, Article 36-2, Paragraph 6 (Including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis.) Article 36-2, Paragraph 8 (including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 73, Paragraph 2) A person who violates the provisions of Article 58, Paragraph 1 or Article 69, Paragraph 2.
2 A person who has violated the disposition pursuant to the provisions of Article 54, paragraph 2
