Recently, there have been a series of suspicious calls calling themselves officials of the Isogo Ward government office or the city to ask for personal information, ask for an answer to an awareness survey, or give a visit.
At the ward office,
・Tax refund procedures must be done in writing, not by telephone.
・We will never ask you to contact a phone other than the ward office (telephone outside Yokohama, toll-free numbers starting with 0120, mobile phones, etc.).
・We will never ask you to go to an ATM other than the ward office window, such as an ATM, to receive a refund.
In addition, in the case of a public awareness survey, the visiting investigator always carries the investigator's card.
