Please be careful of suspicious calls

Please be careful about bank transfer fraud pretending to be ward office staff.

Damage has already occurred in Isogo Ward.

Beware of suspicious calls that let a financial institution go to a financial institution and instruct ATM operation!

In each ward of the city, pretending to be a ward office or insurance center staff, try to find out the account number of a financial institution or operate an automatic teller machine (ATM) using the refund of the National Health Insurance premium or refund procedure of medical expenses over the phone There are a series of suspicious calls trying to do it.
If you receive a suspicious call, do not contact the instructed Phone number, check the name and affiliation of the other party, and contact the ward office Insurance and Pension Division National Health Insurance Section again.

At the ward office,

  1. Refunds such as insurance premiums and medical expenses are processed in writing.
  2. We will never ask you to operate an automated teller machine (ATM) to receive a refund.
  3. We will never ask you to toll-free numbers starting with 0120 or contact your mobile phone.

Main contents of suspicious calls

  • medical expenses / There is a refund of insurance premiums.
  • I gave you a notice before, but I contacted you because there was no procedure.
  • You can find more details by calling the toll-free Phone number. (In some cases, a mobile phone number may be specified.)
  • Today is the last day of the transfer.
  • If you operate an ATM, you can make a payment. Etc.
