At present, suspicious calls have been made one after another, such as "the staff of the ward office employee health insurance section" and staff of the Isogo Ward government office, city officials, bank clerks, etc. Please be careful.
At the ward office,

• Refund procedures such as insurance premiums and taxes are always done in writing, not by telephone.
• We will never ask you to contact a phone other than the ward office (telephone outside Yokohama, toll-free numbers starting with 0120, mobile phones, etc.).
• We will never ask you to go to an ATM other than the ward office window, such as an ATM, to receive a refund or procedure.

If you receive a suspicious phone call, please call 110 immediately.
