Minezawacho Okazawacho Neighborhood Association of Hodogaya Ward received the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award during "Road Contact Month", and recently held a presentation ceremony at the ward office.
Neighborhood Association's efforts to clean up roads, its own illegal dumping measures and the development of collection site to match road conditions. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Speaking of Neighborhood Association, Minezawacho Okazawacho The Hydrangea Festival, which is held every year at Takinogawa Hydrangea Road in early June, is famous. The volunteer "Hanasaki Kasetai" was also awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award for "Green Protection" in 2006.
In 1998, Hodogaya Ward established the Sogaya Flower Charter to promote the creation of a clean and beautiful city full of flowers and greenery, friendly to people and nature.

The “Creating a Clean and Beautiful Towns” set out in the Flower Charter is supported by the activities of many people, including Minezawacho Okazawacho and Neighborhood Association. Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, environmental business promotion committee members, park protection society, Hamaroad supporters, flower mates, and other flowers and greenery in the area, who have been working on beautification activities for flowers and greenery on a daily basis.
