Gathering of Regional Gathering in FY2022

Inhabitants of a ward (resident, working, attending school in ward) work on local problem independently and is place of discussion to solve.
This event has been held for nearly 50 years, co-hosted by the Neighborhood Associations of Hodogaya Ward Districts and Hodogaya Residents' Conference.
★Opinions given in "local gathering" will be scrutinized by the inhabitant of a ward meeting and arranges them into three categories.
　　By contents of opinion, we arrange place to examine in three classifications (area, inhabitant of a ward meeting, administration).
　　[FY2020] Opinions expressed: 773 cases ※Conducted by a written questionnaire, not a gathering type at six venues in the city.
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　※In FY2021, it was canceled due to COVID-19.
★Opinions that need to be communicated to the government will be submitted to the ward office as proposals and requests.
　This year, around September, Director General will receive proposals and requests submitted by the Residents' Conference.
★Answers to proposals and requests will be made available on our website.
　This year, around November, the government will respond to proposals and requests.
