Gathering of the 2020 Region

Inhabitants of a ward (resident, working, attending school in ward) work on local problem independently and is place of discussion to solve.
This year marks the 46th year, co-hosted by the Hodogaya Ward District Alliance Neighborhood Associations and Hodogaya Ward Residents' Conference.
★Opinions given in "local gathering" will be scrutinized by the inhabitant of a ward meeting and arranges them into three categories.
　　By contents of opinion, we arrange place to examine in three classifications (area, inhabitant of a ward meeting, administration).
　　[Last year] Participant: 756 people (excluding administrative staff), opinions expressed: 200 or more
★Opinions that need to be conveyed to the government will be submitted to the ward office as proposals and requests!
　This year, around December, Director General will receive proposals and requests submitted by the Residents' Council.
★Answers to proposals and requests will be fed back to those who have spoken as Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations!
　This year, around February, the government will respond to proposals and requests.
★Examples in which voice of everybody who participated so far was reflected in approach of ward!
・On the information bulletin board on the pedestrian bridge at the station, a sign of right-hand traffic was posted. [FY2018]
・The stairs with the traces of the relocated utility pole were beautifully restored. [FY2019]

It is also possible to come to the agency. Please come to the ward office 22nd window.
