A total of 513 people participated in the gathering held at six venues from June 10 to July 1st. And 195 opinions, suggestions, and requests were issued from you. Over a month and a half, these were classified and scrutinized, and if necessary, conduct interviews and field surveys were conducted, and compiled into 15 cases and made them a request for consideration for this administration. You may think that 15 out of 195 submissions to the government is too small, but in fact, before submitting to the government, I went to Hodogaya police department and Hodogaya Public Works Office. We have already responded. In addition, issues that often arise every year will be removed from the items requested to be considered, and how to deal with themNeighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.
　In the future, the government will conduct surveys and examinations on each project by the relevant departments, and will be able to respond in about two months.
