Kobayashi scrutinized the 207 opinions issued in the "Gathering of the Community" and handed 36 items of 11 items compiled as proposals and requests to Mayor Sugai on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 28. Three deputy representatives of Higashikozono, Hiramoto and Miyashi were present at this.
This year, 721 people participated in 6 venues, exceeding last year, but 40% of them were able to participate for the first time came out from the questionnaire results, and it was a happy surprise for all the stakeholders. As a result, there were many comments from a new perspective. Opinions were given on the problem of unoccupied houses, disaster prevention, and issues related to garbage collection, which symbolize modern society.
Above all, the block wall of an elementary school collapsed due to the Osaka earthquake, causing elementary school student to be sacrificed, causing a major social problem. In addition, there were several opinions about local cats, but this was the first time that this issue was taken up.
With the cooperation of the person who served as the deputy representative, the chair, and the secretary, these opinions were compiled as proposals and requests for the government after five scrutinys. At the meeting with Director General after the submission, Director General said, "We will promptly turn it to relevant departments and give answers that will satisfy the residents."
After receiving the answer, we will send it to the inhabitants of the ward immediately. Furthermore, in "Gathering of inhabitants of a ward" on December 8, an excerpt of the answer will be announced.
