Guidance of judicial scrivener consultation
This judicial scrivener consultation is intended for certified judicial scriveners to provide a general explanation of the law according to your consultation, and to refer to it when solving problems. You will be advised by a certified judicial scrivener on future actions, such as how to deal with them, how to proceed with legal measures, and whether to ask an expert to resolve them.
However, we do not create a contract or answer sheet. In addition, it is not possible to ask a certified judicial scrivener in charge of consultation for specific work.
Regarding the contents of the consultation, etc., as only this "Judicial Scrivener Consultation", we will keep confidential and will not disclose it at all, so please consult with confidence.
In addition, the following cases cannot be used in principle.
- If you have already requested a lawyer or certified judicial scrivener.
- If the content of the consultation is currently in litigation or trial.
- When consulting the same matter repeatedly.
