About utilization of unused public interest land (municipal land)

Of the small-scale land (about 200 to 500 square meters) owned by Yokohama City in Hodogaya Ward.
We can have you utilize land whose purpose of use is not decided widely as place of local town development and interchange of citizens.
The details of how to use it is as follows.
| Purpose of Use | It can be used as a place for local town development and mutual interaction between residents. |

| Eligible users | As a general rule, it can be used by local organizations such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations in the surrounding area or Residential Association in the development area where the land was provided. In addition, when there is no use of local groups, it can also be used for public activities of public organizations such as social welfare corporations and citizen groups such as NPOs. |
| Usage fee | As a general rule, it will be charged. (Depending on the purpose of use.) |
| Period of use | In the case of land use without a building, the usage period is one year. However, if the start date of use is in the middle of the year, it will be from the start date of use until the end of March of the relevant year. The period of use in the case of land use involving the construction of a building depends on the purpose of use. ※If there is an application for continuous use at least two months before the expiration of the usage period and there is no obstacle to continuing, the usage period can be renewed by one year. |
