About utilization of unused public interest land (municipal land)

Of the small-scale land (about 200 to 500 square meters) owned by Yokohama City in Hodogaya Ward
We can have you utilize land where use purpose is not decided widely as place of local town development and interchange of citizens.
How to use it is as follows.
| Purpose of use | It can be used as a place for local community development and mutual exchange of residents. |

| Eligible users | As a general rule, it can be used by local organizations such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations in the surrounding area and Residential Association in the development area that provided land. In addition, when there is no use of local group, it can be used for public activities such as social welfare corporations and public activities of civic groups such as NPOs. |
| Usage Fees | In principle, you will be charged. (Depending on the purpose of use.) |
| Period of use | In the case of land use without a building, the period of use is one year. However, if the start date of use is in the middle of the fiscal year, it will be from the start date of use to the end of March of the relevant fiscal year. The period of use in the case of land use involving the construction of a building differs depending on the purpose of use. ※If there is a request for continuous use at least two months before the expiration of the usage period and there is no obstacle to continuing, the usage period can be renewed for one year. |
