Guidance of mother (parents) classroom

First birth students learn basic knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth and child care.
It will be a place to meet people in the same area where a baby is born at the same time.
The class of C is a parent class, so if you can become a father, please join us.

Details of the mother (parents) classroom
Targets	From 16 weeks to approximately 32 weeks of pregnancy (up to 27 weeks for multiple births)
Venue	301-302 Meeting Room on the 3rd floor of Hodogaya Ward Hall Main Building
Belongings	Maternal and Child Health Handbook Writing instruments Which of the Yokohama Child Care Guidebook (booklet handed when the Mother and Child Health Handbook was issued) 　　　　Please come in comfortable clothes on March 13, R7.
Date and time	In principle Thursday (see the schedule below), from 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Contents	Until March 2025 We recommend that you participate in all meetings from A to D. If you are within the number of weeks of pregnancy that you can participate, please apply electronically across months. A (About dental hygiene, diet during pregnancy, story of senior mom) B (Maternity stretching for mental and physical changes before and after childbirth) Please participate in easy-to-move clothes C (Senior dad's story about how to spend delivery and life with babies) D (Promotion of breast milk, childcare support at nursery schools, talk and tour of local child care support bases) From April 2025 A (About dental hygiene, diet during pregnancy, how to spend delivery) B (About life with baby, pregnant woman experience, doll holding experience, story of senior dad) C (About breast milk, story of senior moms, about childcare support at nursery schools, story and tour of local child care support bases)
