Guidance of mother (parents) classroom

Primary birth learns basic knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth and child care.
It is a place to meet people in the same area where a baby is born at the same time.
C is a parent class, so if you can become a father, please join us.

Details of mother (parents) classroom
Targets	From 16 weeks of pregnancy to approximately 32 weeks (up to 27 weeks for multiple births)
Venue	3rd floor, 3rd floor of Hodogaya Ward Office Main Building
Belongings	Maternal and Child Health Handbook Writing utensils Any of the Yokohama Child Care Guidebook (booklet handed when the Mother and Child Health Handbook was issued) ※Please wear comfortable clothes for B.
Date and time	Thursday (see the schedule below), from 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Contents	It is recommended to participate in all meetings from A to D. If you are within the number of weeks of pregnancy that you can participate, please apply electronically across months. A (About dental hygiene, diet during pregnancy, talk of senior mom) B (Maternity stretch for mental and physical changes before and after childbirth) Please participate in comfortable clothes. C (Speaking of senior daddy about how to spend delivery and living with babies, talk about seniors) D (Recommendation of breast milk, childcare support at nursery schools, talks and tours of local child care support bases)
