Players who have won the district qualifier competes for flight time with their proud paper Hikoki.

<All city-wide unified action patrol>
Youth instructors work together to patrol the entire city and grasp the actual situation of each district. Specifically, on the specified day in July, youth instructors will look around the area at night in each district.

<Survey on Social Environment>
In order to clarify the actual situation of sales of various stores that have a significant impact on the healthy development of young people, such as karaoke boxes and Internet cafes, and to contribute to efforts to promote the soundness of the social environment.

<Children's Science Class (Dogaya inhabitant of a ward festival)>
In cooperation with a local junior high school, we will exhibit a booth at the Gaya Kumin Festival. We convey the fun of science to children using familiar materials. It is easy and fun to make, including the annual slime.

We will create opportunities for junior high school students and high school students who have few opportunities to play in public to make presentations, and provide a place for interaction between young people and local residents through music. Youth instructors will work with high school students in the city.

<New Year Karuta Tournament>
We will learn Japanese culture and etiquette through Hyakunin Isshu, and promote the healthy development of young people by interacting with young people and local residents. Every year, the representatives who have won the district qualifiers compete for prizes.
