Toresolve stiff shoulders~
Hodogaya Ward's original video "Moderate Training (commonly known as Sotore)" has been created. Sotore is a content that allows those who feel lack of exercise on a daily basis to look at the "fun of moving their bodies" and "basic posture of gymnastics".
The "Soret Training-Reliation of stiff shoulders-" created this time is designed to eliminate the "shoulder stiff shoulders" that were often troubled by the working and child-raising generations (30s and 50s).
Characteristics
- The exercise of the upper body around the shoulders has the effect of eliminating stiff shoulders and preventing it.
- The training content was created in collaboration with the Hodogaya Sports Center in Yokohama, an exercise specialist. In some places, the points to increase the effectiveness of gymnastics are explained.
- It is a content that can be easily done at a company or at home for about 3 minutes in all 6 poses. (4 minutes and 16 seconds in total)
