We extend report deadline of personal municipal tax, prefectural tax in 2021 until Thursday, April 15

　If you submit a personal municipal tax / prefectural tax return or income tax return after Tuesday, March 16, you may not be able to meet the taxation process of personal municipal tax / prefectural tax in 2021. In particular, if you are deducted from your salary by special collection and file a final tax return, your submission after March 16 will not be reflected in the tax determination letter sent in May.
　In this case, we will send you a letter of change or decision of personal municipal tax and prefectural tax in 2021, so we ask for your understanding and understanding.

　We sent municipal tax, prefectural tax return from ward office to all of you reporting every year on February 12.
　This year, please submit by mail as much as possible from the viewpoint of preventing the spread of COVID-19 infection (electronic filing is not supported). An example of the declaration form and a reply envelope are enclosed, so please use it when filing by mail.
　In addition, the reception at the declaration hall ends on Monday, March 15, and if you wish to continue reporting at the ward office, we will accept it at the 26th window on the second floor of the main building.

　After April, as the filing deadline approaches, it is expected that many people will come, so please come as soon as possible.
　※Please use e-Tax that can be used from home to reduce the risk of infection with COVID-19 infection.
