One week before each event date, we will accept by telephone (045-333-1336) or at the counter. (first come, first served)
I would like to ask you about the following two points.

1. Name of the guardian who participates
2. Phone number, who will contact you on the day

Applications will be accepted only for the person or family.

Children between the ages of 0 and 2 and their parents
