1 Purpose of the event
The event will be held with the aim of providing individuals and groups engaged in performing arts activities in Hodogaya Ward with opportunities for mutual exchange among residents and to improve local culture.
About 2 days, opening
・Date and time: Sunday, January 19, 2025 from 13:00 to 17:30 (planned)
・Venue: Hodogaya public hall
3 Contents of the presentation
Dance, dance, musical instrument performance, chorus, song, etc. (Karaoke is not allowed)
4 Recruitment of performers
（１） Eligibility
Oh, person living, working, attending school in Hodogaya-ku or group or individual performing cultural activities such as dance, dance, song, chorus, musical instrument performance, etc. with an activity base in the ward.
A person who can select one operating staff member on the day. (Please provide assistance on the day.)
C Performed in one group (group/individual) one stage.
（２） Appearance time
Within 10 minutes including stage preparation, appearance and withdrawal.
（３） Number of performers
About 20 pairs
（４） Performance fee
Free of charge
（５） Determination of Performers
Performers will be notified separately (lottery if there are many applications).
Performing will be on one stage per group (group / individual).
（６） In order of appearance
The secretariat will prepare a plan and decide at a preliminary briefing.
However, if you use the piano, you will be performing from the first stage.
（７） Remarks
・There is no rehearsal on the day before and on the day. It will be available only.
・No Reno Newm will be installed on the stage.

5 How to apply
(1) Application Form Method
Fill out the application form (PDF: 516KB) with required items and bring it directly to the mail, e-mail, fax and ward office window (23rd floor on the second floor). In addition, in the envelope and e-mail, the subject should clearly indicate "Citizen's Performing Arts Festival".
(2) Electronic application method
Please apply using the electronic application system (outside site).

We are recruiting exhibited works for the "22nd Hodogaya Ward Photo Exhibition (September 21-September 28)" to be held at Iwama Civic Plaza.
・Target: Those who live, work, or attend school in the city, or belong to a photography group with an activity base in the city
・Contents:
Part 1 Theme: "My favorite Hodogaya" A4, 4 cut (up to 2 points per person)
Part 2 Theme: "Free assignment" A4 or four pieces (up to 2 points per person)
Part 3 Theme: "Free assignment" 2L (up to 2 points per person)
※Unpublished work in the inhabitant of a ward photo exhibition.
・Deadline: Must arrive by Friday, August 30
・We distribute offer essential point in ward office, each district center in ward. Please attach an exhibition slip (PDF: 807KB) to the submitted work. You can download and print it out.
