The 36th inhabitant of a ward entertainment festival

1 Purpose of the event
　The event will be held to provide individuals and groups engaged in performing arts activities in Hodogaya Ward, providing opportunities for residents to interact with each other, and to improve local culture.

　・Date and time: Sunday, December 10, 2023 From 10:30 to 16:00 (planned)
　・Venue: Hodogaya public hall

3 Contents of presentation
　Dance, dance, musical instrument performance, chorus, song, etc. (no karaoke)

4 Recruitment of performers
（１） Eligibility for application
　Oh, group or individual who is engaged in cultural activities such as dance, dance, song, chorus, musical instrument performance, etc. who live, work, or attend school in Hodogaya-ku, or group or individual.
　A person who can select one operation staff member on the day. (Please give me assistance on the day.)
　(C) Performed in one group (group/individual).
（２） Appearance time
　Within 10 minutes including stage preparation, appearance, and withdrawal.
（３） Number of performers
　About 20 pairs
（４） Performance fee
　Free of charge
（５） Determination of performers
　The performers will be notified separately (in the case of a large number of applications, lottery).
　Appearance will be one stage for one group (group / individual).
（６） In order of appearance
　The secretariat will prepare a draft and decide at a preliminary briefing.
　However, if you use the piano, you will be performing from the first time.
（７） Remarks
・There will be no rehearsals on the day before or on the day. It will be available only.
・Reno Num will not be installed on the stage.

　　Fill out the application form (PDF: 142KB) with required items, mail, e-mail, fax and bring it directly to the ward office window (24th floor on the second floor). In addition, in the envelope and e-mail, specify "Citizens' Performing Arts Festival" in the subject.

We raise exhibition works of "the 21st Hodogaya inhabitant of a ward photo exhibition (September 23-September 30)" to be held at Iwama Civic Plaza.
・Target: Those who live, work, or attend school in the ward, or belong to a photography group with an activity base in the ward
・Contents:
　　Part 1 Theme: "Hodogaya's tradition" A4, Yotsukiri (up to 2 points per person)
　　2 Part 2 Theme: "Free assignments" A4 or four-cuts (up to 2 points per person)
　　Part 3 Theme: "Free assignments" 2L (up to 2 points per person)
　　※It must be an unpublished work in the inhabitant of a ward photo exhibition
・Deadline: Must arrive on Thursday, August 31
・We distribute offer essential point in ward office, each district center in ward. Please attach the exhibition slip (PDF: 395KB) to the submitted work. You can download and print it out.
