Precautions for evacuation

1. Unlike earthquakes, countermeasures can be taken in advance, so be sure to actively collect disaster prevention and weather information.

2. Evacuation after the rain and wind becomes strong or flooded is very dangerous. Let's try to evacuate as soon as possible according to the situation.

3. If it is already flooded, or if it is dangerous to move to evacuation sites due to strong winds or heavy rain, evacuate to the upper floor of a room or building away from the cliff.

4. Depending on weather conditions and the size of the typhoon, additional evacuation sites may be opened. As we publicize in disaster reporting service (Yokohama-shi disaster prevention information email, Hodogaya Ward disaster information notification system) and homepage X (former Twitter) (outside site), let's be able to obtain the latest information.
