The above two associations and four companies and Yokohama City have concluded an "Agreement on Mediation of Yokohama City Land" and a "memorandum of Understanding", and asked members of the two associations and four companies to "intermediate" with the following contents. doing.
I would like to ask for your cooperation with the members of the Association and the four companies.
In addition, the following contents cannot be changed individually because they have been agreed between Yokohama City and the 2 associations and 4 companies by agreement and memorandums.

Property subject to mediation request

Property to be sold on a first-come, first-served basis (non-applicable properties, properties with poor bids, etc.)
Please be sure to investigate the contents of each property, such as by contacting the relevant organization.
In addition, we distribute offer point (including article record) in Yokohama-shi Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Section.
It is not possible to send it by fax. (Please be sure to check the contents by yourself.)

Reception start date and intermediary request period

The same applies to the expiration date of "property on a first-come, first-served basis."

Procedure

1.A residential land and building trader who intends to mediate will conclude an intermediary contract with Yokohama City in advance if they intend to introduce a buyer.

2.Residential land and building trader who intends to mediate (hereinafter referred to as “homebuilder”) will be asked to purchase land (hereinafter referred to as “purchase applicant”). Please receive "application" (style 5), and bring it directly to the following presentation with "mediation application of municipal ownership land disposal" (style 4).
It will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so please forgive if you have already applied or sold. Please refer to the following inquiries to see if the property has not been applied.
It is not possible to make a reservation by phone.

Municipal ownership land purchase application (style 5) (word: 26KB)

Not applicable to brokerage requests

If the land purchase applicant is a homebuilder, it will not be subject to mediation request.

Establishment of mediation, etc.

The mediation shall be established when a municipal land sales contract is concluded between Yokohama City and the applicant for purchase.
However, if the land sales contract is not concluded within the contract conclusion period after the purchase applicant submits the municipal land purchase application form, the intermediary contract shall expire.

Intermediate Compensation Standards

1.Brokerage remuneration divides the sale price of municipal land listed in the left column of the following table, and shall be the sum of the amounts listed in the right column of the same table to each amount. However, fractions less than 1,000 yen shall be rounded down.
2.For those who have purchased municipal land through the mediation, we shall not be able to claim a mediation fee.

(Note) This ratio includes a rate equivalent to the tax rate on consumption tax.

Payment timing of intermediary compensation

After the purchase price is paid in full to Yokohama City by the buyer of the land and the registration of ownership transfer is completed, the brokerage fee shall be paid based on the request from the homebuilder (within 30 days after the request, I will pay).
