The committee will be open to the public.
The maximum number of observers is 10.

9:00 Open and reception of applicants for observers
9:15 Determination of observers
If there are no more than 10 applicants, all of them will be determined as observers.
(After the decision, up to 10 people will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.)
If there are more than 10 applicants, a lottery will be drawn to determine the audience.
(After the decision, there will be no hearing reception.)
