Based on the deliberation in Yokohama-shi public works evaluation committee, we decided evaluation result as follows.

※On decision of evaluation result of city, we received indication of committee and revised some of the results of cost benefit analysis of record.
There is no effect on the evaluation results.

Oh Yamashita-Futo Redevelopment Project
[Opinion Statement]
Although there is an undecided part of infrastructure development, etc., it is approved as a project based on the upper-level plan.
However, when the project has materialized, it shall be reported to the Committee.

For the redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo, we formulated the Yokohama City Yamashita Wharf Development Basic Plan in September 2015, with the aim of forming a new bustling base in the city's coastal area, which will serve as the growth engine of Yokohama.
This basic plan stipulates a master plan that will serve as a compass for promoting town development, and was deliberated based on the basic plan.
This project is based on a public-private partnership project, and will be reported to the committee when the contents of development by private businesses have become materialized together with public facilities such as roads and green spaces.
