Yokohama International Strategy (revised in February 2021)
The Yokohama City International Strategy organizes the basic concept of international business in Motoichi and develops it strategically, aiming to lead to the growth of Yokohama, generally until 2020 (Reiwa 2). Formulated in FY2015.
Five years have passed since the formulation, and various changes have occurred in the world, such as climate change and infectious diseases, growing momentum toward achieving the SDGs, and the creation of new status of residence to expand the acceptance of foreign human resources in Japan. In addition, in Motoichi, "the regulations about promotion of Yokohama-shi international peace" were enacted in 2018.
Based on these facts, the Yokohama City International Strategy has been revised to develop the city's international business more strategically, aim to realize a city that is chosen by people and companies around the world, and contribute to the peace and prosperity of the international community. Yokohama International Strategy (Feb. 2016 version * Ended)
In February 2016, we formulated the "Yokohama City International Strategy", which stipulates the concept to be shared by all agencies in order to strategically develop international projects in Motoichi and lead to the growth of Yokohama. (ended in February 2021)
