We hold exhibitions, lectures and lectures several times a year so that more citizens can know the holding materials.

Gathering of Women in Magazine-From the Women's School Alumni Magazine

Date: From July 27, 2024 to November 9, 2024
Closed days: Every Sunday, closed in Municipal Central Library
Time: From 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Venue: Exhibition in Yokohama City History Archives on the B1F of Municipal Central Library
Admission fee: Free of charge

  • Please do not touch the exhibits, display cases, etc.
  • In order to alleviate congestion, the number of people entering the room may be limited and you may have to wait.

 ※We will not hold events such as walking around the town at this lecture.

※We will send you the application acceptance and the notification of the results of the lottery from the e-mail address of the Yokohama City Hometown History Foundation, which is the management contractor.
※If you wish to have a sign language interpreter at the lecture, please specify it when applying.
※The personal information you receive will only be used for accepting this lecture and collecting questionnaires, and will not be used for any other purpose.

Fiscal year 2022

 In connection with the exhibition "Before and Mid-War Yokohama Elementary School Earthquake and War in Yokohama" held between July and September, the course held on August 27, 2022 is released on the official channel of Yokohama City on YouTube.
