The Yokohama Public Awareness Survey is a questionnaire survey that Yokohama City has been conducting every year since 1972, and is used as a basic document for municipal administration administration and policy planning. As of April 1, 2024, we use the Basic Resident Register from people living in Yokohama City to select 5,000 people at random and ask for a survey.

The main purpose of setting the access code is to prevent multiple copies of the same person's answers, such as when both by mail and Internet responses are made.
