　　　Construction work: approx. 2,094 million yen

　Oh Negishi Residential Area
　　・Restoration work
　　　Demolition of state-owned property, etc.: approx. 2,066 million yen

　・　Currently, restoration work for the Negishi residential area (demolition and removal of buildings and structures other than facilities that need to be left for maintenance and management of the area).
　　Based on the current progress of the work, the work is expected to continue in fiscal 2024, considering the progress of the work.
　・　The timing for completion of the work is currently being adjusted and will be announced as soon as it is decided.
